Classes
The Classes will be held in my annexe in the garden, the classes will be small (there will be no more than 6 people per class).
Booking is essential for all my classes and information on each can be found below. Please book using the Booking Diary.
I have the space for a couple of cars to park on the driveway at my house, but spaces are limited, so if you cannot find a space on the driveway, please park in the nearby roads, Clivemont Road, Dalby Gardens or Australia Avenue.
The style of yoga I teach is Hatha flow, this style of yoga means you move your body slowly but still build up strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on the breath and mindfulness. Hatha yoga can help to build core strength, which can be key to helping with good posture. I like to ensure that there is a variety to my classes but most of all that you enjoy the class and leave the class feeling stretched and happy.
The classes are open for all levels as I offer different modifications to help you get the most out of your yoga practise.

This gentle and therapeutic style of yoga is devised for children and young adults with special needs; it aims to enhance the natural development of each child, bringing more motor control & balance, greater muscle tone and coordination, improved respiratory strength and posture.
Yoga encourages self-regulation of emotions and helps to establish a calm, organised emotional state; it can improve concentration, quality of sleep, reduce anxiety and release tension. It is also great fun!
My name is Pam and I am a SEN yoga teacher based in Maidenhead.
A little bit about myself: I teach yoga to Children, Teens, and Adults with neurodiverse needs – I absolutely love what I do, and I feel very thankful and blessed to be able to teach children and adults with additional needs in groups and 1:1 sessions. Part of my own on-going training and practise with Special Yoga (who I have trained with) is to ensure that I do my best to grow and develop my self-awareness, self-compassion for my state of mind which is so important so that I can fully connect with and support any child, teen or adult who comes to practise therapeutic yoga classes with me.
My yoga classes are fun, I incorporate, breathing practises (suitable for children, teens) chanting, singing, tapping, squeezing and some yoga poses, but all the poses I teach have been chosen specifically to help your child’s state both mentally and physically and to help bring balance to the body and mind.
Classes will be held at Maidenhead Community Centre on Monday at 16:00 – 16:45pm (booking is essential) – parking is free at the centre and there is also a café on site.
To book a class, please book via the Bookings page.
“I have been going to Yoga and Meditation on Tuesdays in the afternoons. I like the relaxing music and the postures are really good. Sometimes I feel a bit anxious and it helps me feel calm and relaxed. I love the breathing exercises and the stretching. I like learning new postures and I like Pam a lot.”
